Significant changes are brewing in the construction data processing industry. DeepSeek-V3, a free open source model, is showing capabilities that surpass the best of OpenAI.

DeepSeek-V3, a free open source model, is showing capabilities that surpass the best of OpenAI.

DeepSeek-V3 was published a few weeks ago, and according to most tests, it outperforms the latest models from OpenAI, which users pay up to $200 a month to access.

I already know a dozen professionals with no programming experience who became data analysts in their companies thanks to LLM Chat.

Since much of the construction business is based on working with tables and databases, any professional can now automate processes, connect to data and create pipelines right on their computer. They can already be run on NVIDIA and Apple devices.

Construction professionals and engineers without deep programming knowledge will now use tools such as DeepSeek, ChatGPT (OpenAI) and LLaMA (Meta AI) to automate process logic and replace the functions of individual specialists or entire departments.

Examples of such solutions in the comments below the post ⬇️

LLM models such as ChatGPT, LLaMA and DeepSeek will 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆'𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 processes.

DeepSeek has done the almost impossible: it provides OpenSource models of premium quality available to both private users and companies, including commercial use under the MIT license.

If you don't appreciate the importance of these tools today, you could be in serious trouble in a few years.

📬 Get Your Personalized Report and Next Steps

You’ve just taken the first step toward clarity. But here’s the uncomfortable truth: 🚨 Most companies lose time and money every week because they don't know what their data is hiding. Missed deadlines, incorrect reports, disconnected teams — all symptoms of a silent data chaos that gets worse the longer it's ignored.

Please enter your contact details so we can send you your customized recommendations and next-step options tailored to your goals.

💡 What you’ll get next:

  • A tailored action plan based on your answers

  • A list of tools and strategies to fix what’s slowing you down

  • An invite to a free 1:1 session to discuss your case

  • And if you choose: a prototype (PoC) to show how your process could be automated — fast.
