A universal automated free workflow built on n8n, designed for managing tasks and reports in any “manager–executor” relationship. The system uses a Telegram bot as a convenient interface for interaction, Google Sheets (or any other connected spreadsheets) for data storage, and automatic reminders for tasks and reports.

The system is suitable for any “manager–executor” setup, where tasks need to be assigned, progress tracked, and reports collected.
It allows starting with a minimal task description (ID, title, assignee, deadline) and extending it with real execution data (status, photos, comments, GPS), making it adaptable to a wide range of scenarios:
